Who we are

CityGrade is operated by Arventra Technologies (arventra.tech). This policy explains what information we collect when you use CityGrade and how we use it.

Information we collect

Public visitors: browsing, searching and viewing inspection records requires no account. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics infrastructure may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

Owner accounts: when you register for CityGrade for Owners, we collect your email address, your name if you provide it, and the details you submit when claiming a listing (such as a business email used for verification).

Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and subscription status — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use information

• To provide the owner dashboard, listing claims and email alerts you enable.
• To process subscriptions and manage billing through Stripe.
• To verify ownership of claimed listings.
• To operate, secure and improve the service.

We do not sell personal information. Inspection records displayed on the site are public government data and are not personal information provided by you.

Service providers

We use a small number of subprocessors to run CityGrade: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments) and Resend (transactional email such as inspection alerts). These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

Data retention and your choices

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can update your name and alert email in the dashboard, cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal, and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Alert emails include an unsubscribe path through your dashboard settings.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage required for sign-in sessions to work. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
